One of our signature products that we are well known for. Made using milk from our own organic herd of free range Guernsey cows.
We still make our butter – distinguished by its golden colour – the same way we did over 50 years ago, by hand. Our butter is churned, patted and then wrapped by hand. Made and packaged at Berkeley Farm Dairy in Wroughton, Swindon.
Our milk, butter, cream, yogurt and flavoured milks are all produced from Bovaer free herds and are organic.
