An eloquent bouquet of flowers made by the Charlotte Phipps Florists which is based in Wanborough, on the outskirts of Swindon. It is a family business run by Charlotte and Andrew Phipps. They use locally produced flowers are used as much as possible and the flowers used each week will vary based on what is in season and what is available.
